We are looking for a seasoned Senior R&D Engineer for Advanced Silicon Node Products to join our team at Broadcom Inc.
This role will involve leading the development of advanced packaging solutions for next-generation silicon node products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signal integrity, power integrity, and materials science, as well as experience with Cadence APD and advanced assembly processes.
- Develop and implement new packaging technologies for 5nm, 3nm, and 2nm nodes.
- Work closely with IC design, system design, and marketing teams to select the optimum package solution.
- Manage IC packaging activity from concept through development, qualification, and high-volume production.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in package technology and have a strong track record of innovation.
They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
