Panda Global Logistics is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our logistics services to existing and potential customers, with a focus on growing our business and increasing revenue.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and site visits, as well as assessing client-specific needs and creating solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and site visits.
  • Assess client-specific needs and create solutions that meet those needs.
  • Plan and execute daily sales calls and meetings with clients.
  • Collect sales orders from clients for import & export shipments.
  • Monitor sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide quotes for existing and potential clients using analytical and logistic planning.
  • Follow up closely with clients on offered solutions and negotiate agreements.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Marketing, or International Business (an advantage).
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field (an added advantage).
  • Own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the shipping industry (an advantage).
