The Contract Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics operations, ensuring goods are transported and stored efficiently, cost-effectively, and according to schedule. This role requires a strong leader with excellent management and organizational skills, who can motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations, including supervising staff and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve service level issues and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Prepare management reports and attend meetings to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum eight years of experience in logistics or supply chain management in supervision or management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
