Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for teaching and research in paediatric medicine. You will also need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver educational programs for medical students and postgraduate trainees.
    • Assess student performance and provide feedback.
    • Contribute to curriculum development and academic program reviews.
  • Clinical & Research Responsibilities:
    • Supervise students during clinical rotations and provide mentorship.
    • Conduct research in paediatric medicine and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
  • Administrative & Professional Development:
    • Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
    • Contribute to institutional policies and procedures.
    • Maintain active membership in professional paediatric associations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
  • A valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
  • Possess own transport to be able to commute to students' clinical area.
