Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree/Master in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in Telecommunications fields in a senior management role with a proven track record of consistent high performance
* Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies
* Prior experience in driving insights using visualization and analytics tools
* Financial management and wider management principles and techniques
* Business-minded, competitive, and profit-driven
* Understanding of human resources and personnel management
Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of telecommunications regulations in Malaysia
* Result-oriented with organizational capability and professional expertise
* Exemplifies personal drive and integrity, professional action orientation, resilience, and able to handle stress
* Strong management skills and excellent communication skills
