Job Description

Biomed Global is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our procurement team to perform product master data entry from source PDF documents into excel spreadsheets accurately and timely.

You will be responsible for verifying existing data by comparing it to source documents and uploading verified data into SAP database. Your duties will also include providing a weekly summary of the progress made in data entry tasks and responding to inquiries regarding entered data.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in MSDS compilation for custom clearance purposes and perform scanning and record keeping for inbound shipping documents such as CIPL, AWB, K1 form and etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Meticulous and pay great attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Team.
