About the Job

We are looking for a Global Employee Experience Manager to lead our Employee Lifecycle Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex P&C requests, delivering training on systems, tools, and processes, and ensuring quality data maintenance by regular checks and assisting in implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience in Employee Lifecycle Management Subject Matter Expert experience in a HR Shared Services Environment, with a deep knowledge of Employee Lifecycle Management and solid understanding of Shared Service Center Processes and environment.

Main Tasks
  1. Coordinate complex P&C requests, act as SPOC for internal escalations (Tier 2), and support P&C chapters in system maintenance activities.
  2. Deliver training on systems, tools, and processes, ensure quality data maintenance by regular checks, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  3. Lead project streams or small projects or initiatives within the respective area.
