ESG Manager Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ESG Manager to join our team at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. As an ESG Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG initiatives that align with the university's strategic roadmap. This includes defining a risk-based approach to managing ESG requirements, ensuring proportionality, and collaborating with various faculties and departments to integrate ESG principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage ESG initiatives in line with the university's roadmap.
  • Develop and implement a regulatory database (UN SDG Goals) and processes to identify emerging regulations.
  • Compile reports and collaborate with faculties, centres, departments, and branches to integrate ESG principles.
  • Ensure compliance with ESG requirements and develop strategies to mitigate risks.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ESG management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk-related principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in ESG-related software and tools is an advantage.
