Performance Metrics Expectations:

  3. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on client feedback and surveys.
  4. Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, with no major audit findings.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Financing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, working capital management, and the application of financing solutions. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic supply chain financing initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financing packages.
