We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our control center department, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing shipment orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include creating new shipment orders, validating new orders, and working closely with global customer services teams to resolve any issues that may arise. You will also utilize World Courier's operational tools to search import requirements and advise customers on regulatory requirements of importing into foreign countries.

In addition to these duties, you will pre-advise destination offices for commodities requiring special attention, provide standard quotes to customers, and manage system visibility reports.

You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions. If you have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics operations, managing shipment orders and providing exceptional customer service
  2. Create new shipment orders for domestic and international routes
  3. Validate new orders received from the customer portal to ensure accuracy of information and documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in logistics and/or operations management
