Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at TIME's group as a Datacentre IT Resident Engineer. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support for our network and datacentre devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts on customer's network and datacentre devices.
• Provide Level 1 support for customer's network and datacentre devices.
• Liaise with vendors or principals to resolve complex issues.
• Create weekly and monthly reports for customers.
• Act as part of customer's IT team.
• Adhere to customer's IT policy and schedule (8:30AM - 5PM).
• Work independently as a Resident Engineer in customer's environment, with senior engineers available for remote support and guidance as needed.
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in the local language.
• Additional RE standby allowance will be provided.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Experience with Sangfor HCI and Manage Engine OpManager is an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
