We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Security, and Environment professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HSSE policies, procedures, and programs across various projects and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and training sessions to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE into all aspects of our operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or property development.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
