  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare purchase orders, liaise with suppliers for order enquiry and delivery schedule monitoring.
  • Account Payable Coordination: Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure smooth purchase and delivery.
  • Freight Forwarding: Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment and delivery arrangement, actively monitoring shipment status for timely delivery.
  • Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with accounting, inventory control, and shipping departments to coordinate shipping activities.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and update contractor/supplier/forwarder information, including qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, and approved vendor lists.
  • Customer Communication: Provide customers with information on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Planning: Develop inventory plans to ensure optimal inventory levels for each product, implementing inventory management systems for tracking, recording, and reporting inventory activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on shipping activity for senior management review.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Diploma in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Entry-Level or at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • A disciplined sense of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines and deadlines.
  • Understanding of the value of self-learning and teamwork in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin preferred due to interactions with clients.
