About This Role

This role is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by sourcing the right candidates for open and critical positions.

The successful candidate will maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled.

The role involves screening candidates as per Company eligibility criteria and assisting with candidate registration process at Company careers page.

Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Hiring managers is also a key responsibility.

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process and sourcing potential candidates from databases, internal/social media platforms and employee referral programs are also part of the job.

Advertising job openings on Company careers page, social media, job boards and engaging with vendor partners as per hiring guidelines to fulfill requirements are also key responsibilities of this role.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
