This role as an Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive involves managing all aspects of company accounts. Key responsibilities include daily and monthly accounts processing, issuing journals, updating the cash book, reconciling goods in transit and AP, PO reconciliation, and preparation and submission of accounting reports.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure financial accuracy by performing bank reconciliations, invoicing, and petty cash management.
- Responsible for sorting and archiving relevant vouchers or receipts.
- Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretaries, Tax Agents, Bankers, and Auditors as needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
- Diploma or above in a related field is required.
- A minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with Auto Court accounting software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is expected.
- Candidates must be practical, conscientious, and careful with strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to write and speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
