  • Business Planning: Develop business plans for each assigned customer, including market analysis, sales projections, and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze customer sales performance, market trends, and category performance to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales force to execute agreements and promotions, and ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Key Account Management: Proven experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Customer Management.
