BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre S/B is looking for an experienced Asia-Pacific Treasury Support professional to join its team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years' experience in Finance and Accounting, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with service recipients.
The role involves daily operation activities, reviewer & approver for daily and month-end tasks, support in internal, regional, and global projects, and ensuring service delivery meets targets defined in service level agreement and KPIs for process efficiency, effectiveness, and quality control.
Main Responsibilities
- Support in steering Internal, Regional and Global processes implementation in Asia Pacific Region
- Ensure compliance with BASF policies & guidelines, local company's policy, legal and statutory requirements
- Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) through resource planning, backup and communication
- Assist to communicate project deliverables to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed on progress and issues/resolutions
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Finance / Accounting or Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
- More than 3 years' experience in Finance and Accounting or Diploma in Finance or Accounting with 4-5 years working experience in related fields
- Strong knowledge of programming or scripting is an added advantage
