Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew Cum Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Crafting a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  2. Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  4. Operating and maintaining coffee machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and assisting in inventory replenishment.


Requirements
  • Professional skills in preparing and serving coffee-based beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
