About Us

Carsome is seeking a skilled Senior Executive, Procurement to join our team. As a key member of the Procurement department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end P2P process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Business Units on sourcing requests (non-trade).
  • Manage the procure-to-payment process and take ownership of allocated tasks.
  • Oversee the vendor registration process to ensure transparency and due diligence.
  • Compile and maintain procurement records in compliance with the Procurement Policy.
  • Manage bi-weekly and monthly reports and trackers as requested by Management.
  • Assist and support the Procurement team in all areas as required.

You Will Thrive Here If:

  • You have a tertiary qualification or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2-5 years of working experience in a procurement team; understanding of the automotive and e-commerce industries is an advantage.
  • You possess good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and able to identify potential threats or unusual activities in Procurement processes.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, accountability, and strong analytical skills.
