The Role

This position offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter to oversee the planning, execution, and operational transition of marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will orchestrate project communication, consolidate resources based on needs, drive solutions to unique integration requirements, and manage timelines to help scale the team with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a strong team of Performance Marketeers to execute digital marketing strategies for MONTIGO & OiYO, including content, social, email, online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, link building, and other techniques to drive traffic to our eCommerce websites.
  • Drive traffic through Meta Advertising using targeting and campaign structure best practices.
  • Research and identify trends and insights for growth opportunities, and test new marketing channels and tools.
  • Make strategic decisions, manage marketing budgets, develop web initiatives, and execute projects on-time.
  • Oversee campaign creatives and guide digital media planning and execution.
  • Conceptualize new and innovative ads and partner with the creative team for development.
  • Track media budgets and expenses by channel.
  • Determine which paid channels yield the best returns and allocate advertising budget accordingly. Monitor/adjust campaign controls to achieve optimal results.
  • Analyze advertising data to identify outliers in performance, delivery, tracking, and pacing.
