About the Role

This full-time position requires 75% seeking new businesses and 25% client account servicing. The successful candidate will conduct market research and analysis, identify new market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

The Business Expansion Manager will also lead generation and prospecting, develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, and reactivate & engage dormant agents, business partners, and sales agencies to increase overall activity ratio.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
    • Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Reactivate & engage dormant agents, business partners, and sales agencies to increase overall activity ratio.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
