About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Operations Director who is passionate about delivering exceptional financial results and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

You will need to possess excellent technical accounting skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of financial services.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and other relevant accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and statutory reports.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
