Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a FP&A role, with a proven track record of success in a regional or global environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficient in financial reporting principles and accounting software (SAP).
  • A strong understanding of consumer goods and its dynamics (preferred).
