Primary Objectives
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote HP products.
  • Meet sales targets on Hire Purchase and Cross Selling, prioritizing asset quality and yield.
  • Ensure accurate documentation submission from dealers, verifying documents against originals and witnessing loan document execution.
  • Conduct applicant interviews, inspect vehicles, and verify business/house information as required.
  • Monitor market share with existing dealers, keeping credit processing staff informed about current market trends.
  • Maintain knowledge of Bank and regulatory policies, guidelines, manuals, and circulars, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Guarantee data integrity and timely report submission, adhering to workflow/process requirements.
  • Act as an authorized signatory, undertaking additional job functions assigned by Management as needed.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree, Professional, or Diploma.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the HP vehicle market.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Own transportation.
