Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore.

This role involves managing the day-to-day financial activities of our business, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and budgeting.

You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations including cash flow management.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts including delivery of accurate monthly financial reports with schedules within deadlines.
  • Prepare cash flow budget within deadlines.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and creditor reconciliations.
  • Liaise with inter-department personnel, auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure safekeeping and filing of accounting records.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks given by superior as and when required.
Requirements
  • Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience is required for this position.
  • Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities with effective time management techniques and result-oriented.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Auto Count system, and e-invoice practice.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, initiative, and demonstrable ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of full sets of accounts.
