Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Prior experience managing finance operations across multiple countries, especially in Malaysia and/or Sweden, is highly preferred.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will also have fluency in English and be able to travel between Malaysia and Sweden as needed.
