Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Company Secretary to join our team at Management Advisory Services Sdn Bhd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in preparing and submitting statutory forms and documents to SSM via various portals.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Statutory Records, including Minutes and Register of Members.
  3. Provide support during meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
  4. Liaise with SSM Officers and other government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in company secretarial duties.
  2. Familiarity with the Companies Act, 2016, and SSM practice and procedure.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Proficient in using software applications and systems.
  5. Able to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary.
