Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory forms and documents to SSM via various portals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Statutory Records, including Minutes and Register of Members.
- Provide support during meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
- Liaise with SSM Officers and other government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in company secretarial duties.
