About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior managers to provide expert financial guidance and support for a specific sub-area within the Finance Shared Service Center.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset information in the fixed asset register, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Provide critical support for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting, including statutory accounts, national statistics, and tax information.
  • Offer first-line support for SAP issues related to fixed assets, cash, and general ledger.
  • Contribute to key projects at the country or Business Unit level.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance processes, including R2R, Financial Compliance and Control, Management Reporting, and Technical Accounting.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to align functional requirements with the overall finance strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multinational organization.
  • Previous experience in projects driving performance improvements, with strong stakeholder management skills.
