Responsibilities:
- Manage the Investor Services team in performing KYC reviews of investors.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Investor Services team.
- Oversee the collection and verification of KYC documents and information from investors and/or clients.
- Monitor and maintain investor data in Vistra's approved data platform.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Investor Services team.
- Ensure adherence to standards and procedure.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of management experience in a financial institution or equivalent function.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, good organization skills, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to excel under pressure for meeting tight deadlines.
