Job Overview

Key Accountabilities
  • Formulate category & brand MBS vision and strategy by leveraging market intelligence and consumer trend analysis
  • Establish long-term strategic direction for categories and brands through clear inspiring visions & brand essence aligned in the market and SBU
  • Conduct consumer insight generation to develop winning brand portfolios / category strategies versus competition
  • Drive innovation & renovation based on consumer insights, including opportunity identification, product development, launch planning, and post-launch evaluation
  • Develop impactful brand experiences through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touchpoints, including promotional activities
  • Analyze category/brand performance, including competitive benchmarking
  • Prioritize and recommend optimal budgets for categories/brands based on ICP, ensuring effective review and evaluation of PFME investments
Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree with 10 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or CCSD with field sales experience or demonstrates strong functional skills and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building a portfolio of brands based on consumer insights
  • Proven leadership of direct reports
