Senior Business Relationship Manager

As a Senior Business Relationship Manager at DKSH Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall smooth liaison of assigned client portfolios. Your primary goal is to ensure excellent services are provided, satisfaction is achieved, and contribute to the organization's profitability by building client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- To fully comprehend existing terms and conditions contained in distribution and supplemental agreements, ensuring consistent services are provided in alignment with contractual stipulations.
- To contribute valuable insights during contract negotiations to protect DKSH's risks and interests, ensuring fair requirements in contractual discussions.
- To review monthly and consolidated YTD KPI/SLAs committed with clients, taking the lead in using available insights to update management on consistent malperformances and collaborating with internal stakeholders for development and improvements when needed.
- To build strong relationships with all levels of clients' organizations through a clear understanding of their history, current relationship, business setup, model, internal operations, preferences, and maintaining a solid relationship to exceed client expectations.
- To consistently strive and maintain a position as clients' preferred business partner through a detailed understanding of their product portfolios, business strategies, targets, and competitions, studying industry trends, governmental, and regulatory changes to enrich the business partnership.
- To contribute to achieving organizational financial targets by marketing existing value-added services to clients.
- To understand the challenges and changes in clients' business environments, generating additional beyond existing agreed services to assist clients and generate additional income streams through new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- To release and/or approve purchase orders, expenses, returns, write-offs of trade and non-trade goods, addendums, contracts, SOPs, and other documents requiring approvals in accordance with the Level of Authority set by the company.
