This position involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns for female brands such as NATURELAB TOKYO and MOIST DIANE.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create, organize, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand marketing objectives and goals.
  • Propose marketing strategies that combine all marketing mix elements to achieve business plans.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Nurture close relationships with associates, including principals, media, KOLs, and public figures.
  • Maintain campaign performance monitoring, measurement, and reporting to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams on marketing material creation, development, and improvement.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to develop sales and marketing funnels.
  • Ensure retail store visual merchandising aligns with brand primary and secondary focuses.
  • Manage budget allocation within allocated limits and make informed investment decisions.
  • Contribute to new/existing product and market development to achieve business unit and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify target audiences.
