Join Emersive as a Procurement and Payables Coordinator and take on a challenging role that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills. In this position, you will review and verify invoices and check requests, ensuring accurate categorization, coding, and matching.
You will enter and upload invoices into our system, guaranteeing timely setup for payments. Additionally, you will prepare payments for both trade and non-trade vendors, verifying invoices against purchase orders and confirming receipt of goods/services.
Using your problem-solving skills, you will research and resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices. You will also conduct monthly verification with supplier statements, maintain vendor files, and communicate with vendors to respond to inquiries.
In this role, you will provide supporting documentation for audits, develop and analyze inventory reports to identify variances, and assist in improving internal controls related to inventory management.
Your attention to detail and ability to monitor inventory transactions for accuracy will be crucial. You will also reconcile inventory accounts with the general ledger.
