We are looking for a talented Digital Art Consultant to join our marketing team at Uni Enrol. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating visually appealing artwork and digital assets that effectively communicate our brand's message.

Job Description

As a Digital Art Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to plan, conceptualize, and produce outstanding artwork for various channels, including social media, website, and printed materials. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our overall marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop innovative artwork concepts that capture the essence of our brand.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate printing and production of visual materials.
  3. Maintain consistent branding across all visual assets.
  4. Ensure high standards of quality control and adherence to company guidelines.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve design challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of project execution and timeline management.
  8. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Product Designer, and Student Engagement teams.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and propose new ideas for growth and improvement.
  10. Travel for events when required (Company event, University/School event).

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design tools; Adobe AI, Illustrator, etc.
  4. Familiarity with animation, video editing, and printing is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent command of English. Chinese and Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a bonus.
  6. Experience in creating graphics for digital marketing purposes on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so forth.
  7. Highly results-oriented, with a focus on improving graphics to achieve conversion objectives.
  8. Ability to learn quickly and self-learn when needed, while also assisting teammates.
  9. Creative, self-initiated, and championing solutions to solve issues.
  10. Hungry to achieve results, excellent work ethics, and willing to take on a steep learning curve.
  11. Disciplined and able to manage projects systematically.
