About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Client Services Team as an Administrative Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and expertise in client account management, administrative support, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support to Client Account Managers: Provide administrative support to client account managers, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Client Data Management: Organize and maintain client files, records, and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments, working closely with client account managers to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client strategies, preparing key performance indicators reports as needed.
