Responsibilities:

  1. Reports directly to Assistant Head of Department.
  2. To comply with all rules and regulations as stipulated in company policies, SOPs, routines, and instructions.
  3. Major Roles:
    1. Creating designs, plans, drawings, and specifications.
    2. Ensuring design compliance to statutory requirements and codes.
    3. Coordinating with clients to meet their needs throughout the project.
    4. Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
    5. Communicating updates on project status to stakeholders.
    6. Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives.
  4. Assisting in Strategic Planning – Preparing proposals, paper works, and feasibility studies.
  5. Assisting in Business Administration – Document management, license renewals, reports, meetings, and courtesy visits setup.
  6. Assisting in Corporate Communication (when unavailable) – Communicating with relevant parties, letter preparation, social media content creation, speech text writing, and event setup.
  7. Compiling, validating, analyzing, and submitting Routine Reports.
  8. Following up, compiling, validating, analyzing, and preparing documents required by management.
  9. Preparing research papers for senior management approval.
  10. Liaising with Government Departments and Agencies regarding operational matters.
  11. Assisting in procurement processes for big maintenance/repair works and product supplies.
  12. Performing other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Architecture field (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply).

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Canva.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
