You work to a brief, ensuring your designs show an understanding and relevance to the target audience, achieving the best creative and design solutions within given timeframes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute all creative projects from concept to completion, strategizing creative that delivers results, including digital content design (web, app, ads, social media, email), offline communication materials, advertising layouts, infographic design, branding, and brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with other teams including marketing, content, copywriting, UI/UX, and SEO to achieve desired results.
  3. Conduct thorough design research based on audience personas, content narratives, campaign objectives, and competitive landscape, and present findings clearly.
  4. Ensure performance data and campaign insights are understood, implementing creative adaptations to refine and optimize designs.
  5. Work and communicate directly with clients where required.
