You will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for various projects, preparing design calculations, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include designing and developing mechanical systems, preparing design calculations, and supervising works on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems, including fire-fighting, air conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems (ACMV), vertical transport, swimming pools, LPG systems, etc.
  • Preparing design calculations, preliminary and schematic drawings for the above works.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, civil & structural engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors.
  • Supervising works on site and ensuring compliance to contract.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Independent, analytical and decisive in problem-solving.
  • Communicative, responsible and able to work in a team.
