**About the Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced FX Operations Lead to join our team at Standard Chartered. As an FX Operations Lead, you will be responsible for establishing Global SC PRISM FX Hubs as centers of expertise covering implementation setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, FX reversals, and trouble shooting.
You will help set up Global TB FX Hubs with expert operations teams that can provide seamless payment experiences and faster trouble shooting to address end-to-end issues across various transaction flows. This includes efficient handling of rejections and reversals, reducing the risk of FX loss, RFIs, and other potential issues.
As an FX Operations Lead, you will also act as a subject matter expert for SC PRISM FX products, fostering team development through focused knowledge-sharing sessions, operational, and technical guidance. You will map end-to-end FX payment transaction lifecycles and acquire end-to-end knowledge of process flows in terms of operational, technical, static, and channel set-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Global SC PRISM FX Hubs as centers of expertise.
- Help set up Global TB FX Hubs with expert operations teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SC PRISM FX products.
- Map end-to-end FX payment transaction lifecycles.
- Acquire end-to-end knowledge of process flows.
