Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of site operatives to ensure efficient project progress.
- Attend site meetings with contractors and clients to discuss project updates and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project completion.
- Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage worker attendance and provide education on daily site operations to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in supervising site construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia's civil and structural engineering principles, codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred, particularly for communication with Chinese counterparts.
- All positions are based in Kuching, and local candidates from Sarawak are given priority.
