Main Responsibilities:
- Brief and manage creative agencies on development of A&P materials, focusing on quality and consistency.

- Coordinate the timely delivery of branding and communications materials, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to meet all requirements, promoting strong teamwork and communication.
- Develop and contribute to effective marketing strategies, actively participating in group discussions and providing constructive ideas.
- Social Media management, creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales growth.
- Partner with Architects and artist renderers to produce high-quality CGIs related to projects.
- Manage and develop project websites, showcasing project features and benefits.
- Maintain adherence to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment standards as required by the Company.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
