About the Role:

This Pre-Sales Executive position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Sales and Business Development team at ihD Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effective bid preparation and proposal management.

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing RFPs' requirements, formulating compliance matrices, and developing proposals that meet Client needs. You will collaborate with management, sales, and technical teams to create winning proposals and conduct risk assessments and contract evaluations to ensure profitability and feasibility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or Law, with a specialization in Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, ELV, or Building Services. A minimum of 3 – 5 years of contract management experience in consulting or engineering sectors, preferably with regional exposure, is also required.

The following skills and qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or Law is required; specialization in Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, ELV, or Building Services is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of contract management experience in consulting or engineering sectors, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of bid management, proposal formulation, and contract evaluation are essential.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial and technical aspects of Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with commercial/construction contracts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Language, both spoken and written, is required; command of extra language(s), both spoken and written, is advantageous.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills is ideal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines is crucial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools is necessary.
