Job Description

The Bookkeeper/Preparer will be responsible for performing daily tasks with medium complexity, including closing full sets of books, preparing annual financial statements, and scheduling bank/account reconciliations. The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with auditors and tax agents, ensure all accounts portfolios assigned are completed on time for reporting purposes, and complete time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business or equivalent e.g Diploma holder in Accountancy or Business with 1 year working experience.
  2. Sound knowledge of international and local accounting principles and practices and financial reporting.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Intermediate Excel skill set and willingness to learn cloud accounting system.
  5. Good command of both spoken and written English. Demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
