About this Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's success by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
The successful candidate will have 5 to 8 years experience in human resources as a HR Assistant Manager/Manager (HRBP) or Generalist in a plant environment. They must have working appreciation of all fields within HR, including staffing, C&B, organization design, performance management, HR measurement, and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support business managers under the direction of Head of HR, Asia on plans to drive performance, plans and initiatives to support local and business strategy
- Ensure timely participation in Government surveys and other statutory compliance requests
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification
- Masters degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline
