Job Overview
At OCBC Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled AS400 System Analyst to join our team. As an AS400 System Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-schedule deliverables of individual team tasks and accountable for quality service delivery. Your role will involve effective user expectation management, vendor support management, and technical feasibility study.

Key Responsibilities
• Accountable for the on-schedule deliverables of individual team tasks
• Effective user expectation management and delivery requirement
• Effective vendor and third-party support management and evaluation
• Active participation in various activities between teams in providing a complete end-to-end solution to business users
• Assist in co-ordination, planning, resources allocation, and projects/task allocation when requested by team leads
• Responsible for the on-schedule and quality service of projects/tasks assigned inclusive of application support maintenance
• Ensure conduct and compliance to organizational standards and procedures

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer or related fields with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Possess effective skills with hands-on experience in project management and system development process
• Working experience on Electronic Banking System application, or BASE24 Classic Application
• Strong technical skill on AS/400 RPG, CL, and COBOL or HPNS COBOL
• Experience and additional technical skill on Base24 system, Silverlake Core Banking System, and Debit Card implementation is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus and service-oriented personality
• Experienced in vendor deliverables management
• Good command of English
