ESG Strategist

Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. is looking for an experienced Sustainability Lead to drive the company's sustainability initiatives forward. As part of our team, you will develop and implement strategic plans to improve the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

About the role:

• Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout the organization;
• Create and manage sustainability reports, communications, and stakeholder engagement;
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects and initiatives;
• Analyze data and metrics to track sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains through sustainable practices;
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, to promote sustainability awareness and adoption;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in sustainability.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant degree and experience in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field;
• Excellent communication and project management skills;
• A proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives and achieving results;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels and functions.
