About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IAP Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Asset Plan (IAP), ensuring timely execution of planned activities, prioritizing tasks based on opportunities and risks, aligning functional priorities, eliminating conflicts, optimizing resources, and improving efficiencies.

The IAP Planner will work closely with various departments' stakeholders to capture inputs of activity data within the IAP scope and ensure execution feasibility. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, facilitating communication between parties, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IAP Database and Schedule: Develops/updates Integrated Asset Planning database and schedule for all IAP activities, including creating baseline schedules, coordinating with relevant personnel, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • IAP Dashboard/Visual Reports: Develops management dashboards using PowerBI, projecting overall monthly IAP progress, updating IAP Monthly Dashboards, and maintaining IAP delivery performance metrics.
  • 90-days & 30 days IAP Optimization: Assists in preparing Integrated Asset Planning Monthly meetings, updating the IAP Master file, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards on a monthly basis.
  • Integrated Operations Planning (IOP): Manages interfaces with Integrated Operations Planning Planners to ensure alignment on execution of IAP activities at offshore locations, attends IOP meetings as required, and provides support when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a planning role within the upstream operations of the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the planning role for oil and gas industry and upstream operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and PowerBI.
  • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, prepare and manage progress measurement, tracking system, and reporting for planned activities.
  • Understanding how multi-discipline engineering shutdown/turnaround are executed, the interfaces between disciplines, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Self-starter with strong analytical ability, multi-tasking, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
  • Good liaison, communication, and networking skills with different departments and hierarchy.
  • Ability to work at office during preparation and coordination phase (pre-shutdown), offshore during execution phase (shutdown), and offshore/office during post shutdown/close out phase.
