We're seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Ocorian Group. As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
- To provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client requests and resolving any issues or concerns.
- To work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, collaborating on initiatives to enhance the client experience.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, adapting knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
As a successful candidate, you'll possess:
- Educated to A level or degree standard.
- Ideal candidates will have completed or be willing to complete a professional/relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or relationship-building roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
