  • Capital Management: Developing and implementing strategies for efficient capital utilization and optimizing cash flow.
  • Fundraising and Investor Relations: Identifying and evaluating diverse funding sources, negotiating favourable terms, and building strong relationships with investors.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Analyzing tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with external parties to ensure compliance, manage financial risks, and maintain robust relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficient fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's, Professional, or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent field.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations to the board of directors and shareholders.
  • Membership in prestigious professional bodies is preferred.
  • Highly encouraged: Previous experience in Corporate Finance encompassing Mergers and Acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings.
  • A minimum of 5 years of extensive work experience in the related financial field is mandatory.
