As a key member of the Career Horizons team, the Chief Technology Officer – AI Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the organization's technology strategy and leading the development of Large Language Models (LLMs). This challenging and rewarding position requires a deep understanding of AI, NLP, and LLMs, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs for applications such as conversational AI, content generation, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure AI models and systems are scalable, high-performing, and secure.
• Assess and integrate state-of-the-art tools, frameworks, and platforms relevant to LLMs and NLP.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. They will have 5 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in AI and LLM development. Additionally, they will have technical expertise in various fields, exceptional ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
